Clause 9: Performance
1. Objective
The objective of this control framework is to establish systematic processes for evaluating and reviewing the ISMS by:
- Monitoring, measuring, analyzing, and evaluating the performance and operational effectiveness of the security framework (Clause 9.1)
- Planning, establishing, and executing a rigorous internal audit program at defined intervals (Clause 9.2)
- Ensuring that Top Management evaluates the continuing suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness of the ISMS through structured management reviews (Clause 9.3)
2. Scope
The scope of this document aligns directly with the overall scope of the ISMS as defined in Clause 4 (Context of the Organization).

This document is:
- Required reading for all anDREa employees and contractors.
- Available to all authorized interested parties and platform users via our public ISMS repository.
