A.7.11 Supporting utilities

Justification:

This control is not applicable because anDREa does not own, lease, or operate any physical information processing facilities, server rooms, or corporate offices requiring localized utility redundancies (such as backup generators or dedicated UPS systems). The organization operates on a 100% fully remote work model, and all core information processing services are hosted in highly available, third-party cloud environments (SaaS/PaaS/IaaS) that manage their own utility redundancy. Consequently, direct management of supporting utilities falls outside the entity's operational scope. Individual endpoint availability and operational continuity risks for remote personnel are managed under Control A.06.07 (Remote Working).
